We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a homecare setting. As a LPN Homecare Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and individualized care to pediatric patients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
