Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Pediatric Home Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and family members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Current Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year prior RN experience preferred
