Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist III to enhance our training initiatives in support of our clients. This role is essential for ensuring that both employees and external customers receive top-notch training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training and development programs.
  • Organize and manage a diverse array of training activities tailored to meet specific needs.
  • Address requests for training services from corporate and individual stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with on-site supervisors to identify and provide performance improvement solutions.
  • Evaluate client training requirements and recommend suitable training methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in developing educational curricula.

Educational Background:
