Position Summary:

The Executive Chef plays a pivotal role in consistently delivering exceptional service to our guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing culinary quality standards
  • Efficiently managing kitchen operations and cooking schedules
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Overseeing kitchen cleanliness and food safety protocols
  • Leading and mentoring kitchen staff
  • Coordinating catering services
  • Collaborating closely with the Catering Chef and Catering Director

Additionally, the Executive Chef is responsible for training team members, monitoring production workflows, scheduling staff, and cultivating a culture of excellence within the kitchen.
