As a Home Evaluation Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our growth by providing comprehensive property evaluations, identifying potential issues, and offering solutions to enhance our members' homes. Your technical knowledge, combined with exceptional communication skills, will enable you to build rapport with our clients and provide personalized support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property evaluations, documenting systems and identifying deferred maintenance issues.
  • Develop strong relationships with our clients, providing personalized support and solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and address systemic problems, enhancing our services and processes.

Requirements:

  • Broad property and maintenance knowledge, with a strong understanding of residential housing.
  • Experience in home evaluation or inspection, preferably with training and mentoring background.
  • Trade certifications are a plus, but not required.

  • A competitive salary range of $50-60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  • Part-time work schedule, with flexible hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
