Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property evaluations, documenting systems and identifying deferred maintenance issues.
  • Develop strong relationships with our clients, providing personalized support and solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and address systemic problems, enhancing our services and processes.

Requirements:

  • Broad property and maintenance knowledge, with a strong understanding of residential housing.
  • Experience in home evaluation or inspection, preferably with training and mentoring background.
  • Trade certifications are a plus, but not required.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $50-60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  • Part-time work schedule, with flexible hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
