Job Overview

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of all mechanical equipment, appliances, and building-related systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including equipment testing and preventative maintenance.
  • Respond to emergency calls and perform repairs as needed.
  • Operate and maintain fire/life safety systems for the property.
  • Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment.
  • Work with tenants to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager/General Manager on projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of progressively responsible experience in a commercial property setting.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques, as well as basic property management tools and skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
