Key Responsibilities- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including equipment testing and preventative maintenance.
- Respond to emergency calls and perform repairs as needed.
- Operate and maintain fire/life safety systems for the property.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
