Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming interactions with patients, families, and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to address patient concerns, provide information, and facilitate communication.
  • Manage patient appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely and accurate information is shared.
  • Support digital communication, maintain compliance with regulations, and deliver high-quality service.
  • Collect payments, reconcile daily receivable activity, and prepare for daily deposits.
  • Work independently, maintain regular attendance, and adhere to CLIA, OSHA, Safety, and Risk Management guidelines.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse individuals.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
