Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to lead our branch office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the office, including sales, business development, customer relationships, project management, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall P&L at office level to drive profitability
  • Oversee office sales and revenue, ensuring goals are met or exceeded
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing coaching, training, and mentoring to ensure employee development and retention
  • Implement and maintain effective project management practices, ensuring timely completion of projects and revenue targets
  • Manage office budget and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance restoration, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role
  • Strong business development experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms, with a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
