Position Summary:
The role involves providing essential backup services, including selling and supporting Eagle Rock products for Account Managers during their temporary absences from their designated routes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Inventory Management: Operate within a defined route area using a company vehicle to solicit products. Utilize Mobility software to accurately count and order products in each account, ensuring a well-maintained inventory.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with retail partners to identify growth opportunities and implement effective sales promotions.
- Marketing Support: Ensure that marketing and sales materials are prominently displayed in retail locations, securing optimal selling positions for products.
- Promotional Activities: Conduct special promotions within accounts to boost brand sales through displays, giveaways, and sampling events.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with the delivery driver to align on daily tasks and merchandising expectations.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to company policies while operating the vehicle and ensure compliance with all company regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Three to five years in beer sales, with a valid driver’s license and insurability.
- Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication abilities, and in-depth product knowledge.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform various physical tasks.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Work Environment:
