Job Title: Experiential Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive, data-driven, experiential marketing strategies aligned with overall loyalty and brand objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute experiential marketing events in lifestyle and entertainment, ensuring seamless activation and delivery of brand messages.
  • Manage budgets for experiential marketing campaigns, optimizing resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support event execution.
  • Ensure experiential marketing initiatives align with and reinforce the overall brand identity, messaging, and values.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of experiential marketing campaigns, providing insights for future improvements. Develop comprehensive reporting mechanisms for analysis.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment and utilize internal resources to create new experiences.
  • Manage complex events including creating detailed run-of-shows, managing large groups of volunteers and vendors onsite, and developing clear logistical plans to pull off seamless experiences.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in experiential marketing or event management or a related field.
  • Ability to travel to key markets up to 25%.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a pulse on culture, entertainment, and trends.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience managing and tracking budgets and expenses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to review content and creative assets for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Passion for brand experiences and travel.
Additional Information:

This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

The starting pay range for this role is $50- $55.00 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
