We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sr. Director of Product, QV Head of Experiential Quality, Lifestyle, ARPG & Mobile to lead our Quality Verification & Standards (QVS) team. This is a hybrid role that requires a strong understanding of game development, quality assurance, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a diverse team of quality assurance professionals to ensure the highest standards of quality across all EA products and external studio partners.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality games.
- Collaborate with development teams, marketing, UXR, and consumer insights to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Assess product quality progress against expectations and suggest top-level actions to address progress shortfalls.
- Manage risk around product quality and set and deliver the best quality practices on the Lifestyle, ARPG & Mobile.
- 10+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on quality assurance and leadership.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality console titles as an Executive Producer/Lead Producer.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track, model, and present information in engaging ways.
- Influence-oriented, with the ability to excel at collaborating with other leaders and guiding the collective group to the best action, decision, or result.
