Accelerate the Future of Car Shopping and Ownership

Amazon is seeking a visionary Senior Marketing Manager to drive our rapidly expanding Amazon Autos business.

This high-impact role will be the driving force behind our omnichannel marketing strategy, blending innovative digital experiences with immersive physical activations to captivate both automotive dealers and tech-savvy consumers.

Leverage Amazon's trove of customer data and insights to target your initiatives, crafting personalized campaigns that turn passive browsers into passionate buyers.

As a key partner to our business development and operations teams, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the very future of online vehicle retail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns leveraging both digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and develop co-marketing programs to drive mutual success.
  • Leverage Amazon's customer insights and data to develop targeted, personalized marketing strategies.
  • Implement innovative tactics, including influencer collaborations and experiential activations, to captivate the tech-savvy, millennial car buyer.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with business development, product marketing and operations teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong track record of success in the automotive or e-commerce industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint.

The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
