Business Development Manager - Demountable Solutions

At ASSA ABLOY Americas, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the demountable solutions market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the demountable solutions segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including demountable manufacturers, dealers, architects, end-users, and wholesalers.
  • Collaborate with local Door Security Sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions to customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the entrance/hardware industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the demountable solutions market, including industry trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with a strong work ethic and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
