The Entry Level Marketing Coordinator will proficiently articulate and promote our organization and clients' offerings through a diverse range of marketing and sales strategies while complying with brand standards and regulatory guidelines.

Our Entry Level Marketing Coordinators collaborate with a team of around five experienced marketing professionals who will ensure that newcomers have access to all necessary tools and data for a successful start in their careers with our organization.

This role encompasses a detailed series of tasks, including mastering the basics of marketing and sales, understanding client needs, engaging with various types of potential leads, conducting interviews, recruiting, scheduling, reporting, and managing on a small scale, ultimately leading to larger management responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside team members to drive strategies and promotional efforts for our clients.
  • Develop a variety of marketing and sales tactics while managing relationships with potential consumers.
  • Enhance existing campaigns and generate innovative ideas to improve them.
  • Identify new segmentation methods and craft targeted messages for potential consumers.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and management teams to analyze data and continually refine client offerings.
  • Improve the effectiveness of sales tactics by understanding new offerings, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Become knowledgeable in the specific sectors of the clients represented to build a new client base and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

An ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, with project management experience.
  • Experience in a collaborative team environment.
  • A background in brand marketing or customer service is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges and respond effectively.
  • A keen interest in continuous learning, testing, and benchmarking in a dynamic field.
  • A collaborative spirit with enthusiasm for working with marketing managers and creative teams.
  • Strong project management abilities to initiate, plan, and execute projects from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to identify minor errors and master intricate processes.
  • A proactive and motivated approach to independently learn and develop new program ideas.
