Gerflor Usa, Inc., a prominent name in the flooring industry, is seeking a meticulous, adaptable, and self-driven Communications Marketing Coordinator to enhance our team.
This role involves crafting marketing communication strategies to elevate the Gerflor brand and its offerings. The Communications Marketing Coordinator will oversee the creation and implementation of marketing initiatives, optimize marketing programs, generate content, and manage digital and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the marketing strategy; Assist in formulating and managing the marketing budget.
  • Design and execute a variety of marketing campaigns to boost brand and product recognition and generate demand within targeted demographics.
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the company’s brand, corporate identity, and tone in all communications, tailoring messages for specific audiences.
  • Take ownership of the online presence, developing and executing website content, enhancing user experience, and ensuring the overall health of online sales platforms.
  • Manage the integration of online sales processing and inventory systems.
  • Oversee social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.), creating strategies and content that align with corporate guidelines to foster engagement with target audiences, while tracking KPIs and reporting regularly.
  • Develop and manage all digital marketing strategies and campaigns to boost brand recognition, website traffic, and visibility (SEO), utilizing analytics tools for performance tracking.
  • Produce and coordinate short video content to support brand initiatives and product marketing.
  • Manage product marketing and content creation, including packaging, usage instructions, and cross-promotional materials.
  • Coordinate the development and editing of print collateral, ensuring timely and budget-friendly production from concept to distribution.
  • Monitor media calendars and assess opportunities for earned media to enhance brand exposure.
  • Track public relations and advertising coverage, along with magazine subscriptions and association renewals.
  • Manage and execute trade shows and events, including related sponsorships.
  • Assist in creating sales presentations using PowerPoint and other tools.
  • Source and coordinate projects with third-party vendors such as production companies, photographers, and promotional item suppliers as needed.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and external vendors to maintain brand consistency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
  • Experience in project management, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Proficient in content development and implementation of social media strategies.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
  • Experience in updating websites within a Content Management System.
  • Attention to detail in art direction, imagery, and branding.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent editing capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in online sales management and inventory integration is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus.
  • An understanding of the dance and arts community, along with an appreciation for dance, is beneficial.
