Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Events Marketing Coordinator. This role involves organizing and hosting events at medical aesthetic practices to promote and facilitate the sale of cash-pay aesthetic procedures, including body contouring and radiofrequency microneedling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to work autonomously while engaging and educating healthcare professionals and potential patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement events at medical aesthetic practices to enhance awareness and sales of cash-pay aesthetic procedures.
  • Operate independently to ensure the success and attendance of all events.
  • Engage with practices remotely over a designated timeline to assist in effective event promotion.
  • Educate medical professionals and clinic staff on marketing strategies, sales techniques, consultations, and closing business.
  • Inspire potential patients through informative and engaging presentations.
  • Consult with patients to identify suitable treatments and the appropriate number of sessions required.
  • Exhibit strong closing skills during consultations to boost patient conversion rates and practice revenue.
  • Foster robust relationships with medical aesthetic practices to cultivate successful partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, procedures, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to devise marketing strategies for promoting cash-pay aesthetic procedures.
  • Manage travel logistics to ensure participation in all scheduled events.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess event success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, event coordination, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the aesthetic industry at a clinical level.
  • Outstanding communication and public speaking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
