Community Operations Engagement Specialist (Level II)
Remote opportunity

Candidates should be available for shifts from Tuesday to Saturday (standard 8-hour workdays)
Preference for EST or CST time zones

The Integrations Operations team is dedicated to developing and enhancing operations for critical new product launches across Global Operations, particularly focusing on safety within the Metaverse.

Our team members are deeply committed to addressing community concerns and serve as strong advocates for the Meta community.

We seek a motivated, data-oriented professional with experience in project management within operations to join our Integrations Operations team. This role will support community initiatives and contribute to fostering a secure environment in VR/AR product domains.

The selected candidate will also be tasked with providing both qualitative and quantitative insights into operations through escalation management, quality assurance testing, and system enhancements to guide recommendations aimed at improving the overall community experience.


Experience Requirements: 2-4 years

Essential Skills:
- Previous project management and operational support experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, advanced Excel capabilities
- Experience in managing escalations
- Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in content or community moderation
- Familiarity with quality assurance testing and system improvements
- Skills in data analysis and interpreting operational metrics (knowledge of SQL is advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily integrity operations, including investigating and enforcing Meta integrity policies by applying in-depth knowledge of abuse manifestations on our platforms
- Enhance operations by conducting root cause analyses and identifying opportunities for improvement, including providing key insights and trends such as policy violation rates and emerging abuse patterns
- Manage escalations and ensure their resolution
- Stay informed about key workflow changes, operational guidelines, policy updates, and integrity policies
- Regularly report project status, risks, and requirements to cross-functional partners
- Monitor the progress of project timelines
- Support new product launches, including configuring workflows and testing new features
- Ensure product needs and priorities are met through calibration and alignment
- Analyze data using tools such as dashboards, Excel, and SQL
- Conduct system audits and quality assessments
