We are on the lookout for a Float Veterinarian to become part of our network of passionate professionals. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work across various practices in NYC, guided by our Regional Medical Director, Dr. Robert Gonzalez.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional medical care to pets in accordance with Small Door’s established protocols
  • Diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions and injuries
  • Keep thorough medical records and communicate effectively with pet owners
  • Administer vaccinations and offer preventative healthcare advice

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with a valid NYS license
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor
  • Dedication to ethical veterinary practices
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Willingness to work in multiple locations throughout NYC
  • Flexibility to work weekends as necessary
