Enterprise Customer Advocate

The Enterprise Customer Advocate will play a critical role in ensuring the success of commercial accounts by providing expert guidance, support, and resources to help customers achieve their goals. This includes developing and executing customized engagement strategies, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This role requires a strong understanding of software as a service (SaaS) account management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive engagement and communications strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Providing expert guidance and support to customers to help them realize value from Smartsheet's solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and progress towards goals
In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a competitive base salary range of $105,000 - $135,000, market-competitive incentive opportunity, and eligibility for a RSU stock grant upon accepted offer.
