The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding Freshworks' presence in the Enterprise market. This involves engaging with key decision-makers, delivering tailored ITSM and EX solutions, and building strong relationships with customers to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Enterprise segment, leveraging your expertise in ITSM and EX solution selling.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve targets.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements
Proven track record of success in SaaS enterprise sales, with a focus on ITSM and EX solution selling.
Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and their role in driving enterprise efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
The estimated salary for this position is $127,500 USD per year.
