Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals

  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the CEO and other members of the executive leadership team
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a people operations or HR leadership role, preferably in a performance marketing agency
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful people strategies that drive business results
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the performance marketing industry
