Insurance Customer Service Representative

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and policyholders via phone, email, and in-person
- Generate insurance quotations and provide coverage advice to clients
- Resolve billing issues and amend policies as needed
- Manage inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- Prior work experience in a customer-facing position or customer service role
- Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules
