Job OverviewAs an Account Manager for Commercial and Personal Insurance, you will play a vital role in serving and growing our clients' book of business. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, educate clients, identify revenue growth opportunities, and generate referrals. You will work closely with our team to achieve growth within your current book of business while also supporting your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent through phone, email, and written communication.
  • Support teammates by following up with clients and prospects, and assist with research and resolution of coverage questions.
  • Promptly respond to client needs via phone or electronically, and maintain accurate client files and process routine correspondence.
  • Review and prioritize all insureds' requests for service, and submit information to insurance companies in a timely manner.
  • Process all monied transactions on the day they are received, and review and process underwriting memos daily.
  • Cultivate new opportunities and offer additional lines of insurance through consultative selling.
