Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee specific activities related to the implementation of strategic initiatives, including monitoring key performance indicators and milestones.
- Manage databases and assist in analysis, forecasting, and data visualization while adhering to data governance standards.
- Deconstruct strategic challenges and analyze data to deliver valuable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively address any arising issues.
- Design and generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
Change Management:
- Develop change management strategies of varying complexity; lead or participate in diverse change management activities such as readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder engagement, execution, evaluation, and sustainability of initiatives.
Communication:
- Contribute to the development of communication plans aimed at positively influencing behavior; create tailored messaging and identify suitable distribution channels.
Operational Support:
- Provide input into the planning and execution of operational programs.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.
- Identify business needs and design training programs, which may include direct training delivery.
Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with client relationship team members to apply a consultative sales approach and enhance the overall client experience.
- Introduce clients to investment strategies and assist them in formulating a financial plan using appropriate guidance tools.
- Maintain effective communication with sales management and the sales team to keep them updated on product developments and initiatives.
- Mentor and support team members through joint client meetings and by sharing product knowledge and sales techniques.
Risk and Compliance:
- Adhere to risk and compliance protocols to safeguard client assets, ensure privacy, and act in the best interests of clients while maintaining operational integrity.
- Recommend enhancements to the client experience based on identified needs.
Qualifications:
- Typically requires 4-6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possession of FINRA Series 6, 63 & 65 Licenses or FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses.
- Life and Health Insurance Producer's License is necessary.
- Completion of LTC Continuing Education Requirements is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and experience with managed products and fee-based advisory services.
- In-depth understanding of deposit and loan products, including mortgages, and banking services.
