Position Overview:
The Financial Planning, Accounting and Reporting Division is in search of a dynamic professional to join as a Lead Manager of Investment Accounting Operations. This role is pivotal in overseeing the Investment Accounting Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct the operations of the Investment Accounting Unit, ensuring compliance with established accounting principles.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial records and managerial reports related to the investment portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investment managers and custodians, to facilitate accurate financial reporting.
- Lead a team of skilled professionals in executing complex financial and investment accounting tasks.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards set by governing bodies such as GASB and FASB.
