Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to management and department leaders.
  • Oversee housekeeping, security, and service requests, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any complaints, while performing front desk duties as needed.
  • Ensure a delightful experience for every guest during their stay.

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • A flexible schedule that accommodates overnight shifts is necessary.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Experience in hotel front desk operations, hospitality, guest services, or night auditing is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in computer applications is required; familiarity with accounting or reservation systems is a plus.
