As an Entry-Level Sales Recruiter at Improveit Home Remodeling, you'll be part of our dynamic team that's driving this growth. You'll play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our sales team across multiple markets.

Job Description

You'll be responsible for screening candidates through phone interviews to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. You'll also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies to attract the best talent.

Your daily tasks will include coordinating and facilitating the interview process, providing support and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers. You'll manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.

We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and influence others effectively.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
