Customer Account Acquisition Specialist

Aaron's seeks a dedicated and results-driven Customer Account Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with their products.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who can build strong relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face. As a Customer Account Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with our customer base to help them achieve their goals and bring them one step closer to ownership.
Salary InformationThe estimated hourly range for this position is $13-$20 per hour. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) both in home visits and over the phone
- Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
- Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
- Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
- Proper telephone etiquette
- Uphold the Aaron's Brand and protect company assets
- Proficient computer skills
