Senior Clinical Lead

We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team in Columbus, IN. As a Senior Clinical Lead, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism and behavioral differences.

  • Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  1. Masters degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
  2. Proficiency with behavioral assessments and intervention plans

  4. Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus. This compensation package reflects the importance we place on attracting top talent to our organization.
