  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze sales activity and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
