Sales Consultant

As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and develop a team of high-performing professionals. With a passion for helping people and developing relationships, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base, researching new business opportunities, and supervising team activity and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze sales activity and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
