Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

N-STORE Services is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Sales: Continuously identify and generate new strategic revenue growth by qualifying new clients and markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish, build, and maintain client relationships resulting in continuous profitable revenue growth in alignment with companies' objectives.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, evaluating, developing, proposing, negotiating, and closing sales, while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Account Management: Provide superior account management service and leadership by collaborating with teams within the company to support client needs.
  • Sales Quotas: Achieve annual sales quotas for both new and designated existing clients.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare sales prospecting and development reports, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and other documentation as requested.
  • Quote and Contract Management: Quote prices and credit terms within limits and prepare sales contracts.
  • Lead Generation: Compile lists of prospective new clients for use as sales leads, based on information from numerous and varied resources.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead other teammates in a team selling approach when applicable.
  • Revenue Budgeting: Participate in annual revenue, gross profit, and expense budgeting process for designated existing accounts and revenue projections for new clients.
  • Client Documentation: Ensure client-required documents are obtained and administered internally for timely invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of consultative sales experience in retail/commercial construction or related industry sales experience highly preferred.
  • Nationwide Travel: Nationwide travel required as needed.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet. Experience using Salesforce (or related software) a plus.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Familiar with construction and field concepts, practices, codes, and procedures. Advanced selling capability, relationship building, negotiation, and closing capability. Advanced organizational and communication skills. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Construction, or related field preferred.
