About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead our production team at our largest pizza plant in the world. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, strategy, and people leadership of our front-line associates, supervisors, and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and assist managers and supervisors in the daily operation of the production and maintenance departments.
  • Develop and control department budgets to ensure spending is at or below standard.
  • Investigate ways to reduce scrap waste, out-of-specification products, and contaminated ingredients.
  • Research and propose equipment and employee utilization for cost effectiveness.
  • Monitor performance of the manufacturing facility and prepare operating reports for the Director of Manufacturing.
  • Interview and hire employees, conduct performance evaluations, and manage employee relations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience, with prior experience in food manufacturing and exposure to USDA/FDA regulations preferred.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and calculate financial figures.
