Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our team at Great Plains Manufacturing Incorporated.

About the Role: As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our dealerships, promoting and selling our products, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships to promote and sell our products.
  • Make retail calls with dealership personnel to support the sale of our products.
  • Initiate sales training programs for sales personnel in each dealership.
  • Promote and participate in demonstrations, field days, and open houses.
  • Replace inactive dealers, recruit new dealers, and identify dealer development needs.
  • Manage inventory control and inventory reporting.
  • Perform account collections activities as necessary.
  • Attend annual sales meetings to stay informed on our products and promote personal development and growth.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in implement and attachment sales.
  • Experience with agricultural or construction equipment.
  • Ability to live within the described sales territory.
  • Willingness and ability to travel and stay overnight several nights per week.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to quality work.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software applications.
  • Ability to complete tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
