About the Role

RHA Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs to achieve their personal goals and live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Rehabilitation Services: Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote recovery, health, and wellness.
  • Support Skill Building: Assist individuals in developing skills and strategies to achieve their personal goals and increase their independence.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Progress: Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation services and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with individuals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure that rehabilitation services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Document and Report: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of rehabilitation services provided, including progress notes, treatment plans, and outcome reports.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling, and at least one year of experience working in mental health rehabilitation services.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and CPR certification.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
