Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from new product launches to packaging changes, to ensure successful project delivery aligning with our business goals and market needs.
- Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, finance, operations, R&D, and demand planning, to support the team and drive project success.
- Support the team by analyzing project portfolios, managing resource constraints, and coordinating Stage-Gate process preparations.
- Act as the team's project management online tool expert and assist team members in utilizing the tool efficiently.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, sales, or marketing roles.
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in project management, sales, or marketing, preferably within the CPG industry.
- Experience with project management and stage gate processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong business acumen and a drive to bring projects to fruition.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable presenting projects to senior leadership.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
