Key Responsibilities- Oversee the cleaning of facilities assigned to you on a nightly/regular basis, ensuring adherence to Office Pride standards.
- Train and support new employees, providing guidance on our time-keeping system and reporting any issues to the office.
- Perform inspections on assigned accounts and submit reports to the area manager, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Cross-train to work in various buildings to provide coverage when needed, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Ensure facilities have working equipment and sufficient supplies, reporting any issues or shortages to the office.
- Maintain compliance with Office Pride policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Enforce safety and security measures at all times, prioritizing the well-being of our staff and clients.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Must be able to multitask, be dependable, and possess excellent communication skills, with a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes with minimal notice.
- Capacity to work independently and as a team member, demonstrating a collaborative mindset.
- Able to lift 35 pounds and perform physical tasks, such as walking, bending, and lifting.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a data phone.
