  • Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with national clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all estimates align with industry standards and best practices, maintaining high-quality and accuracy in every proposal.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to and promote safety standards and regulations, ensuring that all aspects of the project estimates reflect a commitment to safe work practices.
  • Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, pricing, and advancements in roofing systems to provide competitive and up-to-date estimates.
  • Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and professional growth opportunities to stay ahead in the industry and contribute innovative solutions to the team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all project specifications and requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation, with a strong track record of working with clients.
  • Comprehensive understanding of commercial/industrial roofing system design and installation code compliance, manufacturers' requirements for warranty and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to provide precise and competitive estimates.
  • Proficient with data base estimating digitizer computerized estimating software (Edge Software experience is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter with a professional appearance.
  • Ability to provide clear instructions and effectively explain problems or situations.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Must be oriented towards teamwork.
