Account Executive

We are seeking a knowledgeable and reliable Account Executive to join our team at Griffith Energy Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new heating oil and propane customers, selling service contracts, and promoting our home services.

As an Account Executive, you will develop strong client relationships and use your excellent communication and active listening skills to provide customers with exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling heating oil, propane, service contracts, and other home services
  • Following up and closing company-generated leads via phone or in the field
  • Working closely with our Inside Sales call center to maximize close rates and new customer acquisition
  • Managing the Move in Move out (MIMO) process to achieve company budgeted close rates for home retention
  • Working the Multiple Listings (MLS) process to acquire new home owners as customers
  • Providing equipment leads to our Residential Equipment Specialists
  • Using Salesforce CRM to manage the business

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. You should also be highly detail-oriented and focused, with an adaptable nature. Specific qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; college degree a plus
  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Demonstrate character, integrity, and ethical values
  • Understand all sales processes and manage the business accordingly
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet our motor vehicle policy
