  • Develop and improve existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on project business and functional requirements

  • Partner cross-functionally with product management, merchandising, engineering, and other groups to drive projects
  • Aid in the implementation of operations strategies by providing guidance on proposed projects, developing and implementing scorecards and other tracking mechanisms, responding to requests for recurring and ad hoc reports, compiling and analyzing data, and reviewing solution outcomes
  • Implement operational best practices that can be scaled as the business grows and develops by developing mechanisms and tools to roll out these best practices
  • Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices, supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs, and building commitment for perspectives and rationales
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress and results, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities
  • Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans, using the Open Door Policy, and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field, Project Management Certification
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000.00-$110,000.00, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions, including stock. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, financial benefits, paid time off benefits, and other benefits.
