Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of analytical chemists and scientists to support the operations of the analytical labs
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance analytical and colloidal science expertise
  • Provide technical support for the existing product portfolio and resolve performance issues related to customer complaints and manufacturing issues
  • Harmonize analytical test methods and procedures across all EDN QA/QC labs
  • Liaise closely with stakeholders from sales, marketing, regulatory, and operations to understand business needs and determine the best analytical support
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in a scientific discipline such as chemistry, polymer or material science, chemical engineering
  • 5 years of relevant experience in an R&D environment
  • Proven ability to lead, plan, coordinate, and complete analytical projects on difficult problems with cross-functional teams
  • Track record of generating innovation and application of cutting-edge technology
