Specialized Recruiting Group - Charlotte (South), NC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytical Chemist to join our team.

Job Description

As a Senior Analytical Chemist, you will be responsible for developing and validating analytical methods for nutraceutical and pharmaceutical products in a cGMP-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and validate analytical methods for complex nutraceutical matrices and finished products.
  • Characterize and elucidate botanical compound structures using spectroscopic methods and Mass spectrometry.
  • Operate and troubleshoot instrumentation such as FTIR, HPLC, ICP, QG, UV-Vis, LC-MS, GC-MS, ICP-MS, HPTLC.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations, FDA, and ICH guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in analytical method development in a cGMP-regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of instrumentation and analytical techniques.
  • Proficient in Empower chromatography acquisition database software.

Salary range $90k - $105k + discretionary bonus potential worth up to 12% of their YTD earnings, first year would be pro-rated.

Relocation, temp housing in the area, transporting/storage of their personal items in the area, paid site visits, & more.

Hours M-F 8:30-5:00. Primary location for this position is Lancaster, SC.
