Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantitative Analytics Specialist to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and validating various models and statistical techniques to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement advanced statistical models to analyze complex data sets
* Collaborate with business partners to identify business needs and develop solutions
* Engage with stakeholders to communicate results and recommendations
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quantitative analytics

Requirements

* Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
* 2+ years of experience in quantitative analytics or a related field
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SAS
* Experience with machine learning tools and techniques
