About the Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) Division: The MST division is dedicated to delivering cost-effective, comprehensive command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection, and security solutions on a global scale. Our team has a rich history of supporting various governmental and commercial entities, bringing years of expertise in platform operations, engineering, and complete lifecycle management across multiple domains including air, land, sea, space, and cyber.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an electrical engineering team on medium to large-scale projects.
  • Validate electrical designs to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Collaborate with the Systems Group to define electrical requirements.
  • Develop Electrical Load Analyses (ELAs) and provide support to Operations and the Testing Group.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with typically 14 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Computer Aided Engineering tools.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary design and development teams.
  • Familiarity with jet integrations, such as the Bombardier Global 6500.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in simulations through functional and logical models and system analysis.
  • Background in the Aerospace and Defense sector.
  • Experience in composing and analyzing Electrical Load Analysis (ELA), circuit modeling, simulation, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard electrical design principles, including model-based definition and electrical component selection.
  • Experience in digital or analog circuit design and schematic capture.
  • Familiarity with CATIA V6.
