As a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing innovative products and processes throughout their lifecycle, including both analog and digital electronic circuit card assemblies and fully integrated systems.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead an electrical engineering team on medium to large-scale projects.

Validate electrical designs to ensure compliance with specifications.

Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster their professional growth.

Collaborate with the Systems Group to define electrical requirements.

Develop Electrical Load Analyses (ELAs), provide support to Operations, and assist the Test Group.


Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, typically with 14 or more years of relevant experience.

Advanced understanding of engineering principles and practices.

Proficient in Computer Aided Engineering tools.

Experience in multidisciplinary design and development teams.

Familiarity with jet integrations, such as the Bombardier Global 6500.
Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in simulations using functional and logical models and system analysis.

Background in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Experience in composing and analyzing Electrical Load Analysis (ELA), circuit modeling, simulation, and analysis.

Knowledge of industry-standard electrical design principles, including model-based definition, electrical component selection, and production processes.

Experience in digital or analog circuit design and schematic capture.

Familiarity with CATIA V6.
