About the Role

Eagle Rock Properties is a leading real estate company with a strong presence in the Northeast region. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of property operations, including leasing and maintenance.
  • Support the Property Manager in achieving budgeted Net Operating Income (NOI) through effective financial management.
  • Coordinate the legal process for resident accounts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the maintenance of property grounds and service requests, providing a high-quality living environment for residents.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve maximum occupancy at our properties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and team members, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of property management experience or a 4-year Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Proven track record of success in leasing and customer service.
  • Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing mandates, and other relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
