As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the maintenance department, supervising and training staff, handling performance evaluations, and overseeing scheduling.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing the Process Safety Management (PSM) program for ammonia refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Additionally, you will develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules, assess systems and facilities, plan repairs, and manage project budgets.
Required Skills- Expertise in building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Ability to plan and execute maintenance schedules effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of maintenance experience
- Ammonia experience preferred
- Ability to traverse the property, perform repairs, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfort with both desk work and hands-on tasks
