Maintenance Director

Eagle Rock Properties, a leading real estate firm, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the excellent condition of our apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintenance Operations: Direct, schedule, and perform maintenance activities, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the community is in excellent condition.
- Communication: Communicate assignments to the maintenance team, monitor workload, and ensure completion of tasks.
- Unit Inspections: Inspect units and manage the apartment make-ready process to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Service Requests: Review, prioritize, and complete service requests, including appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other maintenance tasks.
- Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of service requests, preventative maintenance, and make-ready status in property management software.
- Additional Tasks: Assist with grounds keeping, pool maintenance, housekeeping, distribution of notices, and other tasks as needed.
- 3 years of Multi-Family Property Management experience
- Supervisory experience
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
- Demonstrated Computer Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Proven track record of success in a performance-driven environment
