Electrical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team at Everus Communications. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level in project management.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This includes managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate electrical construction projects, including planning, execution, and close-out phases;
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed;
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions;
- Prepare and submit reports, including project status updates, financial analyses, and risk assessments;
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical construction industry;
- Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software;
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:
- A competitive salary of $85,000 per annum;

- PTO accrual of up to 120 hours in a full year (subject to plan terms thereafter);
- 7 company-paid holidays;
