We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Crook County. This is a full-time, onsite position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design, maintenance, and optimization of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and desktop infrastructure in both on-premise and cloud environments. They will also ensure the security and integrity of data, applications, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of IT roadmaps and strategies in support of the County's overall goals and objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, driving continuous improvement initiatives in technology processes and operations.
  • Manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, coordinating with various departments to understand their technology needs.
  • Develop and ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulations, as well as develop security controls and conduct disaster recovery planning and testing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related degree program from an accredited institution of higher education.
  • At least six years of work experience in a complex enterprise computing environment, including at least two years of work experience in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong working knowledge of network design, Cisco, and Fortinet, as well as strong IT leadership, organization, and management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security, as well as effective change management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
