About this Role

Robinson Brothers Construction, LLC. is a utility construction company. We install fiber optic cable for some of the top communication companies in NW and the Western regions. We specialize in the installation of fiber optics and renewable energy. We are a proud part of the Quanta Services Companies.

Robinson Brothers Construction, LLC. is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill our Project Assistant Role, based out of our Vancouver, WA location or Prineville, OR office.

What You'll Do

The Project Assistant position is an entry-level position. This position will perform a variety of administrative tasks. She/he will assist the Project Manager with customer account management and maintenance. He/she will assist in tracking job progress on each assigned job and provide timely billing/invoicing per job.

* Process account billing and invoicing in a timely manner.
* Communicate with customers via phone or email as needed.
* Works closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery of project As-Built Documents, Project Cost and Revenue Tracking.
* Manage budget projection for subcontractors procured on the project.
* Update KMZ's (Google Earth Mapping) for projects.
* Update project information in job tracking systems.
* Assist with other administrative support on projects we necessary.

What You'll Bring

* Education or experience in a relevant field is preferred
* Prior construction experience.
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
* Good Written and oral communication.
* Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening(s).

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $47,000/Yr. - USD $57,000/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.

* Pay is based on the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the employee.
